Sleeping Beauty - Part 4

Hey y'all!! We are back from our weekend excursion to Warner Robins and I am happy to report that it was a huge success!! We are much more comfortable with the area now that we were able to visit, and we are all excited about our future move.
I have to say that I am very proud of my little Isabelly. Although Isabelle hates being stuck in the carseat, she is also a great sport and she loves adventures. She surprised us with her good behavior and was a little angel the whole weekend. I can't really explain it, but I feel like our love for each other as a family has grown because of this weekend. We have grown because we were forced to remember to trust one another, to be patient with one another, and to draw from our strengths and differences. Isabelle was a huge contributor to this. She is so precious to us ,and is teaching us new things everyday.

Sleeping Beauty - Part 4 is pictures from June '08. How fast our little girl has grown!!

I don't know why but Isabelle has always been a hot cookie. Whenever I'm trying to warm up, she is trying to cool down. The same goes for her when she is asleep. Here is me acting like a new mom and being extra cautious about keeping her toasty warm in the middle of the night
Here is Isabelle saying "Golly mom, turn on the fan!!"
This is a picture from Sunday June 29th, the day our baby was baptized. We had lots of family in town for the special day including Uncle Pat and Aunt Lisa who were her godparents. She didn't cry when the cold holy water touched her head, in fact she fell asleep soon after. Here she is in a group picture, asleep in her mama's arms.Isabelle's Aunt Theresa ("Auntie Favorite") & Aunt Laura ("Auntie Bestest") were both able to visit the week of Isabelle's baptism. We had a lot of fun hanging out together and especially enjoyed taking walks to the beach. Here is a picture of Isabelle asleep in her stroller after a very very strenuous walk.
Until next time... Love y'all!!
